Reporting a problem
If a photo won't convert, please include:
- the error message shown next to the file;
- your device and browser (for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome");
- where the photo came from (iPhone model, camera, messaging app…);
- the approximate file size and resolution.
Please don't send us personal photos unless you are comfortable sharing them. If a specific file is needed to reproduce a problem, we'll ask first.
